As these are paperless options, we don't post or email vouchers out.
The recipient will need a copy of the email receipt which you will receive once purchases. This email contains the voucher number needed to redeem at the time of dining. Some customers decide to make their own, and include the order number, which of course, we can accept.
If you would like a physical voucher, you can head to into our restaurant, or email us if you need a physical copy posted out.
If you are buying vouchers for 2 separate people, we suggest making 2 separate transaction.
Our vouchers are valid for one year from purchase and are valid across our restaurant and rooms. Please pass this onto the recipient.
